Sabine K. Franco
As Chief Esquire of Franco Law Firm P.C., by trade, Sabine Franco leads her team ensuring that they help clients create businesses, protect properties, and plan legacies so they can be safe as they pursue their purpose. Sabine advises clients on the areas of asset protection, such as business, intellectual property, and legacy planning matters. She is dedicated to working closely with her community of customers to design the best possible outcomes for their endeavors. Mrs. Franco’s versatility and expertise includes drafting and negotiating contracts, including protecting the interest of individuals and entities in business relationships; developing business entities; trademark and copyright; addressing the complex needs of non-profits and charitable organizations; and providing clients with trust and estate tools and plans. Additionally, she has had success representing media companies, authors, play writes, public speakers, fashion designers, public figures, podcasts and philanthropists. In real estate, her acumen includes assisting individuals and corporate entities in the lease, acquisition, or sale of real property, while educating them on relevant laws so that they can make informed decisions. Some of her recent accolades include: An Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University School of Law, where she taught Foundational Lawyering Skills from 2017-2019; Speaking nationally to audiences ranging from 500-4,000 attendees, educating them on the legal aspect of real estate ownership as well as protecting those assets; Being featured on “The Breakfast Club” (New
York’s #1 radio show) as a real estate asset protection expert; featured on “Grow with Google” small business panel in May of 2020; Featured multiple times on the “Earn Your Leisure” Podcast (Top 5 Business and financial Podcast on all outlets); Being published several times in “The Suffolk Lawyer”, in February 2017, April 2018, October 2019, and in December 2020. Sabine is a wife and a mother who likes to spend her spare time with her family participating in outdoor activities and traveling. She also manages the legal affairs of a nonprofit organization, “Marie’s Food Pantry”, whose mission is to fight hunger in the poorest neighborhoods of Haiti
by providing daily hot meals to the community.

Licensed to practice since 2017, Ulrica is an Associate Attorney who currently handles Trademarks, and Trusts and Estates law matters at Franco Law Firm P.C. Also known as Rica, her prior experiences include: Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Business Risk Control Management. She has worked for investment banks such as JP Morgan Chase, Jefferies LLC, and HSBC before deciding to practice law. Ulrica is a creative who in her free time enjoys party planning and decorating, hairdressing, and most importantly, spending time with family traveling the world.

Also a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, is an Associate Attorney at Franco Law Firm P.C. where her primary focus is Business Law, which includes trademarks and contracts. Prior to joining the firm, Faith worked for several financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Barclays. Her position was based in the Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering divisions, where she managed “Know Your Client Teams” and conducted in depth investigations on corporations and high net worth individuals. Faith brings the unique of combination of extensive business experience along with her legal expertise to the firm. Faith also has experience in consulting services for technology start-up companies, offering her business and legal advisory services to assist new companies in the early stage of funding rounds and expansion. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

is the Operational Manager at Franco Law Firm P.C. She graduated from New York Institute of Technology in 2014 with a BA in Communication Arts. She has been with the firm for over
two years, where her role primarily revolves around day to day operations, overseeing staff, serving as professional assistant to the CEO, marketing, and managing the office. Christiana has had experience in various industries including administrative, cosmetology, retail, publishing, webcasting, corporate event
planning, sales, and teaching. Christiana is Haitian-American, and in her free time, she enjoys writing, binge-watching TV shows, spending time with friends and family, reading, and organizing. “I consider myself a jack of all trades, I don’t like to limit myself. Working for Franco Law Firm P.C. has given me the opportunity to strengthen
and ignite my capabilities and talents, while working with a great team. Sabine is a great attorney and employer, but most importantly an insightful educator who I continue to grow with and learn from”.

is a graduate from New York City Tech, and a Paralegal at Franco Law Firm P.C. Her past experience includes working as a paralegal for 32 BJ Legal Services Fund and Fragomen where she specialized in bankruptcy, real estate, and immigration, and also served as a Spanish translator. After being out of work for about a year and half I was blessed to join Franco Law Firm in November 2019. It has been amazing to work with this wonderful team and getting to work in real estate again is also a bonus. Vanessa is also a proud mother of a three-year-old special needs child who is her pride and joy and continues to learn so much from her. Vanessa is of Ecuadorian descent, and in her free time enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, eating out, and traveling.

Stacey Washington is an honors graduate from John Jay College with a BA in Law and Society, and with experience in dispute resolution. Stacey joined The Ambitious Legacy team a month before graduating college in 2021, starting out as our Administrative Assistant and is now our Business Legal Assistant. Stacey is very proud to call this her first professional job and hopes that she will continue to grow in the legal field.
