Sabine K. Franco
As Chief Esquire of Franco Law Firm P.C., by trade, Sabine Franco leads her team ensuring that they help clients create businesses, protect properties, and plan legacies so they can be safe as they pursue their purpose. Sabine advises clients on the areas of asset protection, such as business, intellectual property, and legacy planning matters. She is dedicated to working closely with her community of customers to design the best possible outcomes for their endeavors. Mrs. Franco’s versatility and expertise includes drafting and negotiating contracts, including protecting the interest of individuals and entities in business relationships; developing business entities; trademark and copyright; addressing the complex needs of non-profits and charitable organizations; and providing clients with trust and estate tools and plans. Additionally, she has had success representing media companies, authors, play writes, public speakers, fashion designers, public figures, podcasts and philanthropists. In real estate, her acumen includes assisting individuals and corporate entities in the lease, acquisition, or sale of real property, while educating them on relevant laws so that they can make informed decisions. Some of her recent accolades include: An Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University School of Law, where she taught Foundational Lawyering Skills from 2017-2019; Speaking nationally to audiences ranging from 500-4,000 attendees, educating them on the legal aspect of real estate ownership as well as protecting those assets; Being featured on “The Breakfast Club” (New
York’s #1 radio show) as a real estate asset protection expert; featured on “Grow with Google” small business panel in May of 2020; Featured multiple times on the “Earn Your Leisure” Podcast (Top 5 Business and financial Podcast on all outlets); Being published several times in “The Suffolk Lawyer”, in February 2017, April 2018, October 2019, and in December 2020. Sabine is a wife and a mother who likes to spend her spare time with her family participating in outdoor activities and traveling. She also manages the legal affairs of a nonprofit organization, “Marie’s Food Pantry”, whose mission is to fight hunger in the poorest neighborhoods of Haiti
by providing daily hot meals to the community.

She provides her clients with trust and estate tools to achieve success with security. Sabine has worked in various fields such as business, matrimonial law, real estate, and estate planning. At The Ambitious Legacy Firm, she applies each field she has worked in to kickstart the next generation to help families plan for their futures through legacy and estate planning.

She graduated from Hofstra University School of Law. When Sabine is not working with her clients, she provides legal guidance on her Podcast and YouTube show, “The Ambitious Legacy Podcast.” Recently, Sabine has published her first book titled, “You’re Richer Than You Think: A Step by Step Guide to building a lasting financial legacy for your family.” She also manages the legal affairs of a nonprofit organization, “Marie’s Food Pantry,” whose mission is to fight hunger in the poorest neighborhoods of Haiti by providing daily hot meals to the community. Sabine is a wife and mother and resides in Nassau County, NY.
